I have the paket that covers I think 5…

I have the paket that covers I think 5 Computers/Handys, and it's always a pain when a new Handy or computer arrives and I want to put my avira on them. How do I do it? Is there a log-in somewhere?
Where are my account details?

WOW! AVIRA CLEANED MY PHONE IN MINUTES!

Wow! Before I discovered and installed Avira.com, my android cell phone was besieged by constant pop-up videos, redirects and ads despite blocking them. A computer store recently quoted me $150 to remove phone viruses and malware. Now, thanks to the FREE Avira scans and cleaning procedures,my phone is CLEAN and EFFICIENT AGAIN IN MINUTES! THANK YOU, AVIRA!

Good for free antivirus decent on premium features

As an antivirus its great. I don't exactly need the premium features. Antivirus can be a little heavy at times but it works great it can also be a bit aggressive but stuff can be restored immediately

I recently switched to Avira

I recently switched to Avira cause my previous antivirus gave me trouble. I purchased the prime version it works perfectly on my laptop and desktop as well. I saw people talk about data selling but I didn't have any issues with it.

The best antivirus I've ever used

The best antivirus I've ever used. There were problems with viruses. Cleaned and fixed everything, no problems, I recommend it.

I have Prime @$99 yr

I have Prime @$99 yr. I was considering Avira Password Manager, @$31.99 yr, but while researching what the "extension" might do to affect my internet browsing and searech engines, decided to read some reviews. Noticed it showed 4.5 score, went to the site, and the review scores are 4.0 average, and they're only for Avira the antivirus, not the Password Manager. Turned me off. I want the straight s&*% from the company that I am paying to protect me.

Very shady experience

Very shady I had turned off my transactions for the company because I wasn't using their service but I couldn't find the email that was associated with the account so I blocked all transactions they tried charging me every single day for about a month and then changed the name of the company doing the charging so it bypassed the block on my bank couldn't reach anyone on a customer service called multiple times and got disconnected didn't get any response they say they're always busy and their phone lines are always jam-packed but sounds like they just don't want to assist. Will potentially update review if and when my refund is handled


Update : I reached out to Facebook, where after two days of waiting I was told there was nothing they could do and to reach out to support through the method I originally started. Upon calling this time, I did speak to a very helpful representative named Tarun Sharma who was able to successfully refund the subscription after a couple save attempts.

So assuming it goes through, this would be resolved thank you

Intrusive 100% Free Antivirus

Excellent protection but intrusive when I'm debugging programs that I've written in Visual Studio. This is great option for casual home users, though.

Very bad

Very bad: Avira charges your credit card more than one month before your subscription expires. Never leave a valid credit card on their website if you do not want to renew anyway. Customer Service (see link in response) did not react to my email.

Buggy

Sometimes the antivirus just crashes in background and does not notifies you about this. It just stops working and you have to restart computer for fix. And sometimes the system tray right click context menu just stops working and the only solution is reinstalling avira (repairing does not helps). And the worst problem is avira locks files the only way to unlock file is restarting. And final: the UI is really bad, very confusing for low tect people

Comme si, comme ca

I like because it is enough good to protect your computer by free, however I give 3 stars because of this constant scaremongering publicity that my computer is in risk and I need to subscribe. No problem with that, what annoys me is that the pub pops up when watching a film or when I am opening emails, etc. I try to close and the popup is insistent and I have to stoop what I am watching or doing in order to shutdown the Avira pub. Sometimes I feel I want to erase it from my computer, so annoying is.

I bought yearly subscriptions and you constantly have to restore purcahse

I bought yearly subscriptions and you constantly have to restore the purchase because it thinks you haven't bought anything even though you are logged in. connection constantly fails and you have to restart you computer for it to be able to connect again. Is good but very frustrating. changed to monthly subcription to see if its any better.... but its not.

Free or Premium! Avira always stands out!!

Initially I've used the free version of Avira antivirus for a long time and It was quite good for basic protection and never had an issue. Keeping the latest cyber security threats in mind, I had to upgrade for a premium version of Avira and it is worth trying.
According to me the most important feature of Avira is that Avira products are pretty lightweight on system resources along with top class protection.

Compatibility with Chromebook

It's not clear from your website if your product can be used on a chromebook - although it does say my system is compatible - this has not always been the case. Can you tell me if your product and which one is compatible for use on a chromebook?
