The WORST customer service ever

The WORST customer service ever. Do NOT use this 3rd party service. They did not transfer any information to Optimum and they were rude when I called to question what happened. DO NOT USE THEM

Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect. Technician called 30 minutes prior to arrival and showed up exactly on time. All I got was internet and it took him all of 15 minutes. He also checked double checked and had me check everything was correct. Highly recommend

The equipment was installed quickly and efficiently. Super nice and even took his shoes off when walking around the house .

This is my first experience with all…

This is my first experience with all connect. Things went ok but I prefer to make judgements after the end result has been achieved. One piece of advice: Make absolutely sure your agents speak fluently using English without foreign dialect. Otherwise, the customer may not experience optimal verbal communication. As an educator, I have always expected this with all my students and I endeavor to provide the same as their instructor. Thank you!

Good Service

Everything went as excepted, our only complaint on the install is after they finally made a connection with the fibers for wifi the techs never came back and asked us to “test” to verify that it was all working correctly. They also had to run the fiber and finding the connection took all day; much longer than “up to four hours.” Tech arrived at 8:15am and left at 3:30.

If I could put zero that's what I'd…

If I could put zero that's what I'd rate this. I was signing up for a breezeline package. Appointment was set, we took off work when it was discovered that the appointment was canceled because allconnect sucks

The lady on the phone was super sweet…

The lady on the phone was super sweet and helpful and chatting with me while the program was loading. Her name was Gabriela she did amazing !!!

Both Austin and supervisor Justin were…

Both Austin and supervisor Justin were very knowledgeable and professional. I've been home resting from a major foot surgery. They showed up on time and installed the service in record time. I'll definitely recommend their services to my friends and family. Even though my Internet service provider failed to show up and had no Internet connection prior to their appointment with me.
They've provided excellent customer service beyond what I had anticipated.
Once again, thank Austin and supervisor Justin! I couldn't be happier with the end result

Do not recommend

Assured us optimum could serve our house, put order in and told us Saturday. Waited all week, called optimum Saturday to see if they were coming and they saw no order and said they could not service our home.

God sent employees that love their job and show it

I need the thank all of those involved.The first person from All Connect that took my initial call in Spanish from Colombia, who's name I can't remember was super friendly. Dequan, who completed the process at Spectrum was skillful and kind in keeping me calm answering 1K questions without losing it . Ricardo, the tech, that came to install the line with a great big smile that never died. Allconnect and Spectrum gave me the best experience ever and I hope they don't change!

Outrageous expensive for everything…

Outrageous expensive for everything including charging horrible fees for the modems needed for the cable service and Internet, then the taxes on top of it is a nightmare. I finally shut mine off after paying almost $250 a month!!!

what made it great is that I received the best deal especially when I called the internet/cable company direct and asked for senior discount and they came back with $130 but when I called Allconnect they hooked me up with same company for $29.99

I had been offered internet service…

I had been offered internet service which I couldn't pass up the deal how ever .y first appointment was canceled for whatever reason which did upset me a little bit but when I called back they was able to get me an appointment as quickly as possible and now I have my I telnet service the very next day through breezeline
