I’m an owner operator of a small beauty…

I’m an owner operator of a small beauty studio in South Australia. I have been using Fresha for the last two years. Fresha is generously supporting small businesses by allowing us to use their booking system for free on such a great platform and with strong SEO. I’m very grateful to Fresha for bringing new customers to my business. Fresha’s customer service team is very responsive, professional and helpful. Thank you Badema for solving my problem fast. Appreciate it very much. I highly recommend Fresha to every business.

The support is useless

The support is useless, they don't fix or escalate anything, they just superficially look and don't act on it or don't find the root of the cause. They take 10 days to get back to you and when you ask help to your account manager it sends you back to the support.

Was considering changing from current…

Was considering changing from current booking provider to Fresha BUT …

I can’t log in as a professional from my phone
I can’t give anybody a call as I’ve only been given he option to email
It is very frustrating

Arya did answer one question for me last week but if you need a quick chat with someone it doesn’t appear that you can!!! Might stick with my current provider

As a software beginner experience

As a software beginner, I struggled to take my first steps with this software. However, something wonderful happened—its ease of use exceeded my expectations. This was especially true when I encountered issues and received tremendous support from Amra. She was incredibly patient, ensuring that all my questions were thoroughly addressed, no matter how small.

I truly admire Fresha team.

From a practical standpoint, a well-designed and user-friendly software deserves to be embraced by everyone.

Excellent customer service and support!

I’ve been using Fresha for my business and recently had some concerns about their new pricing policy. I reached out to their support team and had the pleasure of dealing with Altin, who was incredibly helpful and understanding of my unique business setup. Thanks to his assistance, I was exempt from the subscription fee, which I really appreciate. The customer service was excellent—quick, professional, and genuinely supportive. Highly recommend Fresha for any beauty business!

Hayley is fantastic

As an owner of two barbershops, we used to use another booking system called ‘Booksy’ and I can confirm that making the move over to Fresha has dramatically changed and upgraded the way our business is run. Hayley has been incredible, and problems we have run into she has been there to help us. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I had some questions that I needed answering and Arianit was able to help solve the problem AND also recognised other errors elsewhere and corrected that as well. Arianit went above and beyond and I am so grateful and appreciative as I am not very tach savvy.
