On August 20th, the couple held a second wedding at at Affleck's home in Riceboro, Georgia.
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck eloped in Las Vegas back in July, but that didn't stop the happy couple from getting another walk down the aisle. On August 20th, the newlyweds hosted another wedding celebration at Affleck's home in Riceboro, Georgia, filled with family and friends. While Lopez had released a few images from the big day over social media, she recently released a slew of photos in her On the JLo newsletter. Here, we take a look at some of the most magical photos from the day.
For their rehearsal dinner, Lopez donned a gleaming gold dress.
In her newsletter, Lopez revealed two songs featured in the wedding ceremony: "The Things We’ve Handed Down” which played as the couple's five children preceded her down the aisle, and "True Companion" as she walked to Affleck.
Lopez previously shared this shot of her Ralph Lauren gown.
"The twenty years between those dreams of youth and the adult world of love and family we embraced that day, brought more to this marriage than either of us ever could have imagined," Lopez wrote.
At the reception, Lopez changed into two additional Ralph Lauren gowns.
She sported this deep-V dress for part of the festivities.
"That night really was heaven..." Lopez said in her newsletter.
She had preciously shared this closer look at her other, pearl-bedecked dress.
Lopez chose a pearl ring for her wedding day, a timeless choice that she showed off in this snap at the reception.
"Years ago, we had no idea the road ahead would mean navigating so many labyrinths and hold so many surprises, blessings, and delights," she wrote about the wedding. "It all culminated in this moment, one of the most perfect of our lives. We couldn’t have been happier."
