For the National Service of Thanksgiving during the Platinum Jubilee, Meghan's first official public appearance in the UK since stepping back from her senior royal role, she opted for an all cream Dior look, topped with a wide-brimmed hat from Dior, designed by Stephen Jones, that showed off a pair of diamond earrings, which appear to be her oft-favored Snowflake Snowstorms from Birks.
