Very water damaged

I paid a little extra for the "very good" hardcover copy and it came in with water damaged crinkled pages, and the entire book is bent with creases in the cover like it's a wallet thats been sat on for 10 years. I bought several books in my order and I wouldn't have if I knew the condition would be this bad. If a water damaged bent book is very good then I don't even wanna know what acceptable looks like.
This book was in terrible condition and missing 12 pages!

I love this series but the condition of this book was terrible I looked past it and read it anyways just to get to the end and the last 12 pages missing!
