Bosses, look away now. More than 80 per cent of staff working from home admit to watching television on the job, chalking up an average of two hours a day, according to a survey.

A survey of more than 2,000 hybrid workers has found that Come Dine with Me, Homes Under the Hammer and Loose Women are among the most watched daytime shows by those who are supposed to be working.

The study found that 82 per cent of staff watch TV when working from home and they watch for almost a third of their working day.
