Gregory Barker, the Conservative MP for Bexhill & Battle, and his dog Otto canvass for Maria Hutchings, the party’s candidate in the Eastleigh by-election, which takes place tomorrow. It was caused by the resignation of Chris Huhne, the seat’s former Lib Dem MP.
