The 41-year-old Hollywood actor has just hooked up with his TENTH - yep, that's a massive number 10 - Victoria's Secret model.
The Revenant star was spotted soaking up the sun with Danish beauty Nina Agdal in Malibu earlier this week, before the pair got down and dirty in the sand.
Leo's little black book is crammed with lingerie-clad lovelies - here we take a look back at his VERY sex relationship history.
1. BRIDGET HALL
Leonardo hooked up with his first model way back in 1994.
The Oscar-winning heartthrob hooked up with American stunner Bridget Hall, who appeared on the cover of Allure and was the face of Guess.
The pair, who were just teenagers at the time, were caught "canoodling around New York", according to People Magazine.
Things reportedly ended after Bridget, who modelled for Victoria's Secret in 1998, found their "night of love" disappointing. Awks.
2. NAOMI CAMPBELL
London supermodel Naomi Campbell caught Leonardo's eye in 1995.
The fashion muse reportedly enjoyed a brief dalliance with the film star - but things quickly fizzled.
Naomi, who made numerous appearance on the Victoria's Secret catwalk between 1996 and 2005, and Leo remain good friends.
She is a regular at his charity benefits and the pair often jet off on exotic holidays together.
3. HELENA CHRISTENSEN
Leo became every teen girl's crush after he playing Jack Dawson in the 1997 blockbuster, Titanic.
After the film hit cinemas, he was spotted partying with Danish beauty Helena Christensen.
Brunette beauty queen Helena was one of the original Victoria's Secret Angels and worked with the lingerie brand throughout the Nineties.
4. EVA HERZIGOVA
On to underwear babe number four...
Leonardo began dating Czech supermodel Eva Herzigova in 1998.
They tried to keep their month-long courtship under the radar as the Victoria's Secret muse was in the process of divorcing Bon Jovi drummer Tico Torres.
Eva once described Leo as a "wonderful person", candidly revealing: "Our first night was a really nice experience.
"He is a very kind person and full of energy." Ooh-er!
5. GISELE BUNDCHEN
Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen was wooed by Leo in 2000.
The pair dated for five years - and there were rumours of an engagement - before they went their separate ways.
There seems to be no bad blood between them with Gisele telling Access Hollywood in 2009: "We were just not meant to be boyfriend and girlfriend, but I respect him enormously, and I wish him nothing but the best."
Gisele's relationship with Victoria's Secret lasted a tad longer - she was an Angel from 2000 until mid-2007.
6. BAR REFAELI
Leonardo moved onto another identikit blonde lingerie model in 2005 in the form of Bar Refaeli.
The pair met at a party in Las Vegas, which was thrown for members of the band U2.
The Israeli stunner, who starred in numerous editorials for Victoria's Secret, dated the actor on-and-off between 2005 and 2011.
After their high-profile relationship ended, Bar topped Maxim's Hot 100 list and went on to present The X Factor Israel.
7. ANNA VYALITSYNA
After things cooled off between Leo and Bar, he moved onto her doppelganger, Anna Vyalitsyna.
The Russian-American model, who has walked in three Victoria's Secret shows, met the hunk in Ibiza.

Things seemed serious between the pair until their relationship came to an abrupt end in December 2014.
Reports at the time claimed German-born Toni was annoyed that Leo spent one night clubbing with 20 girls in Miami. Oh dear.

Danish model Nina Agdal was caught snogging Leo on in beach earlier this week.
