Gavin Turk's Christmas card: a star on high

Gavin Turk says: 'Stars have a religious connotation, but I wanted to play around with how geometry gets hijacked to represent other things. This star could signify a state of America, or communist China or simply the trace of something in the sky, where to find Jesus. There's an in-built optimism in stars – being held high in the air, held up in esteem, or something to work towards. Reach for the sky, reach for the stars.'
