Hello neighbors! I’m Stan Gilbreath, owner of The Glass Guru of Johns Creek since 2020.

I grew up in Albertville, Alabama, and went to Albertville High School and then college at Auburn University in Auburn, AL where I graduated with a master’s in Applied Mathematics in 1985.

Prior to The Glass Guru, I gained valuable experience in numerous roles in IT over 20 years between customer service, sales, and business management. I have been a resident of Johns Creek since 2000. I started The Glass Guru because I enjoy meeting new people every day. What attracted me to the brand was the leadership team, the business model, and the infrastructure that was in place allowing me to get off the ground very quickly. I am extremely proud of the growth we’ve had already. What I like most about this business is how hands-on it is and the needed service that is provided to the community.

My spouse (and office manager), Courtney, and I have three rescue dogs, Stella, Linus, and Cher. Outside of work, I enjoy car restoration. On weekends you might find me restoring my 1977 Ford F150.

It’s a great honor and privilege to have the opportunity to serve you and we hope to be the local glass shop you can trust and rely on for many years to come.

"Stan, the owner, and Junior, the tech did a great job replacing a broken mirror on my 86-year old mother's curio cabinet. And she isn't easy to please. The price was very competitive. Great job and highly recommended."

"My experience with Glass Guru of John's Creek was great. they were prompt with the estimate from the initial call and up front with the price and timing of the project.
When the install crew arrived on site they were all super friendly, professional delivered great results. The window and door I ordered was square however my house is not, but they were able to make it fit and look good. My wife and couldn't be happier. would definitely recommend"

"Had an old kitchen cabinet glass that shattered. Could not determine how to securely replace a new glass piece in without, perhaps, breaking it.
Took the frame to Glass Guru, and they had it replaced in one day for a reasonable price.
Will contact them in the future to replace some fogged glass in double pane windows in my house."

"We had a cracked window and The Glass Guru helped schedule a repair right away. Time was of the essence because we were leaving for a two week trip abroad. They were supportive and accommodating when scheduling. We are so grateful for them. On top of the excellent service, the price was right!! THANK YOU!!!!"
