A two-day event where attendees can explore today’s most consequential questions through interviews, screenings, book talks, networking, and more, pairing Atlantic journalists with the world’s most influential thinkers.

When will the agenda be announced?
The agenda will be announced in August. For all speaker details and agenda updates, please visit TheAtlanticFestival.com. Speakers are announced on a rolling basis.

How do I register for The Atlantic Festival?
Register for the festival here. For more assistance, follow the step-by-step instructions. You will receive a confirmation email upon registering. If you registered for more than one pass, make sure to transfer your ticket to your guest as soon as possible on the My Tickets page.

Can I access the festival virtually or at a lower cost?
We offer discounts for student groups of 10 or more to attend in person. You can also get a virtual pass and watch the mainstage programming live, for free.

Can I get a refund?
No, all tickets purchased are final sale. Tickets are nonrefundable; however, they are transferable.

What benefits are there for Atlantic subscribers on-site?
Subscribers attending in person enjoy all the benefits of the Premium or Festival Pass at a 30 percent discount. Subscribe today to claim your discount, or check the email account associated with your subscription.

Do I need to register for sessions?
We strongly recommend registering for the sessions you wish to attend. Session registration will be available when the full agenda is released in August.

Will food be available?
Refreshments will be available at each session. Pass holders also enjoy exclusive discounts at local restaurants and small businesses at the Wharf—stay tuned for details, to be shared in August.

What is the benefit of selecting a Premium Pass?
Premium Pass holders will receive expedited entry for all sessions plus a VIP concierge, exclusive merchandise, and other benefits. Please note that a limited number of Premium Passes will be available so that we can provide an exceptional experience to those attendees.

Each year, we work with local businesses and organizations to offer festival attendees a memorable experience that is well connected to The Wharf and its community of residents, workers, students, and visitors.

Pick up signed books by participating authors from the official festival bookseller, Politics and Prose, located at 610 Water St.

This year, the festival is proud to partner with Capital Area Food Bank by donating any uneaten food to support their programs, which bring nutritious meals to those who need them most.
