Ian Urbina is the director of the Outlaw Ocean Project, a nonprofit journalism organization that produces stories about crimes at sea. He is the author of The Outlaw Ocean: Journeys Across the Last Untamed Frontier. He earned a Pulitzer Prize in Breaking News Reporting.
