Museum Visitor Center and Shop
Our Museum Visitor Center and Shop are both located at 103 Orchard Street. On the day of your tour, check in at our front desk located inside the Visitor Center at least 10 minutes before your scheduled tour start time.
After your tour, swing by the Shop and explore our selection of books and gifts about New York history, immigration history, and tenement life.

Located on the corner of Orchard St and Delancey St. All tours start here.
Our wheelchair-accessible entrance faces the Delancey St side of 103 Orchard Street. The exact street address is 81 Delancey Street.
Transportation
By Subway
Grand Street
Exit the subway at Grand St and Chrystie St. Walk east on Grand Street for four blocks. Take a left at Orchard Street and walk north for two blocks to the Museum Visitor Center and Shop.
Delancey St / Essex St
Once you exit the subway, walk two blocks away from the Williamsburg Bridge on Delancey Street to Orchard Street. Turn left on Orchard Street to the Museum Visitor Center and Shop.
By Bus
M15
The M15 and Sightseeing buses stop at the corner of Grand and Allen Streets. From the bus stop, walk one block east to Orchard Street. Then, walk 11/2 blocks north toward Delancey Street.
Parking
The Tenement Museum does not offer onsite parking. Metered street parking is available, but limited. Please allow plenty of additional time to find parking if you require it.
