Prior to the start of the season, NFL analysts and pundits alike made some wild predictions on how the Chicago Bears would perform this year. Given the fact that they made a series of moves to get Caleb Williams some help in the hope that a quarterback hailed as a 'generational talent' would hit the ground running and give fans some hope, the Bears have sorely disappointed this year.
They racked up a 10th consecutive loss on Thursday night against the Seattle Seahawks in a game that ended 6-3. The product on the field was a pretty stale one and Bears fans made their opinion clear on that aspect by loudly booing the team off the field. After the game, Caleb Williams was asked for his thoughts on the booing, and replied:
“This is my first year. Their frustrations go way longer back than I’ve been here. My job is to go out there and win games. We don’t focus on the outside noise. Fans are going to cheer and maybe boo sometimes. You can’t react to that."
Bears fans didn't take too kindly to Williams' response. Here's what a few of them had to say:

Caleb Williams, Chicago Bears staring at another big year in 2025
There were a few analysts who claimed the Bears had the goods to go all the way to the Super Bowl this year. Of course, that hasn't remotely been the case at any point this season.
With no permanent head coach to plan around, the Bears are staring at another year of being in the abyss. They fired Matt Eberflus midway through the season after some disastrous decision-making on Thanksgiving against the Detroit Lions.
Since then, Lions OC Ben Johnson has been the name most strongly linked with being named head coach this summer. However, a few more names are also in the mix. Legendary Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll has also reportedly thrown his hat into the ring.
