I was able to walk in and get seen which was good, but after waiting for 30 minutes I was told there was no doctor there. They said I could wait for one to come in or I could chat on an iPad with a doctor from another location. I went in for a sore throat and after an hour I had to ask 5 times for someone to look at my throat before they finally did. The floor was really dirty too which was gross.

Was not feeling good and felt an overwhelming feeling of nausea and vomiting. Walked into the urgent care and filled in the intake. After 5 minutes I was seen by medical staff. Nurse practitioner was wonderful and empathetic and listened to my symptoms and concerns. She recommended some medication and i felt better. I  would highly recommend to all of my friends and family and would definitely come again in the future. Thank you for your efficient and professional staff.

Scheduling was easy. When we arrived we were not greeted at all. If there was no acknowledgement of our presence until someone called us back to the room. The NP was late, but no one told us, we just sat in the exam room. The NP was excellent.
