To whom it may concern,
Rebecca Gross is a recent graduate from Maryville University. She has been a student in my
class and one of the work study students I supervise as studio manager of the graphic design de-
partment. Having worked with Rebecca in two capacities I feel I am in a good position to evalu-
ate her performance.
As a student in my Intro to Digital Media class, Rebecca was conscientious, attentive and eager

who was struggling with the technical skills needed for the projects. Rebecca assisted her during
class and even met with her outside of class throughout the semester to help her keep up with the
group. Rebecca was very patient and had the ability to break things down so the student could
better assimilate the new information. Noticing this I asked Rebecca to tutor other students dur-
ing her work study time. She was a natural. By the time a student requests help they are usually
quite frustrated and have dropped behind in their work. Because of this I am very careful about
assigning a work study student to tutor. I trusted Rebecca to be able to handle the challenge and I
was not disappointed. She did a great job.

technical issues or problems that arose and kept me informed. She took the job seriously and
would see something that needed to be done and take the initiative to tackle it without needing
to be told. She made my job easier. One of her tasks was to print student work on a large format
