STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — “Mr. Worldwide,” also know as Pitbull, will appear at the Hard Rock Resort and Casino in Atlantic City on Saturday (March 5, 2022) to perform his iconic dance hits like, “Timber,” “Rain on the Floor,” and “Rain Over Me.”
The show starts at 9 p.m.
The self-described nickname refers to the rapper’s popularity and his globe-hopping to delight fans with his dance hits since 2009.

Pitbull, who is from Miami, Fla., has turned into hip-hop phenomenon who has incredible energy and works the crowd into utter pandemonium.
“MR WORLDWIDE”
“Mr. Worldwide” comes from one of the nicknames that Pitbull has for himself. Originally calling himself “Mr. 305,” a reference to his area code in his hometown, Pitbull has been using the moniker since at least 2010, when he released the mixtape Mr. Worldwide on April 20.
Pitbull’s hits include: “El Taxi,” “Timber,” “DJ Got Us Falling in Love,” “I Like It,” “On the Floor,” and “I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho).”
Pitbull’s real name is Armando Christian Pérez. Born on Jan. 15, 1981, he began his career in the early 2000s as an American rapper, singer, songwriter, brand ambassador, businessman and philanthropist.
His 2011 album Planet Pit, featured the single “Give Me Everything,” which was his first U.S. No. 1 single. His 2013 track “Timber” from his Meltdown EP topped the charts in 20 nations, including the U.S. and U.K.
He performed the song “We Are One (Ole Ola)” along with Jennifer Lopez and Claudia Leitte, which served as the official theme of the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
