Prince Harry

Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, is a member of the British Royal Family. He is the youngest son of King Charles III and Princess Diana, the younger brother of Prince William and is fifth in line to the British throne.

Harry was born on September 15, 1984 and was christened Henry Charles Albert David. He and William were raised primarily at Kensington Palace in London, and Highgrove House in Gloucestershire. Harry at Wetherby School, Ludgrove School, and Eton College. After school, he joined the military.

Harry was deployed on active duty to Afghanistan on two separate occasions; first in 2007–2008 for ten weeks in Helmand Province and second for twenty weeks in 2012–2013 with the Army Air Corps. He left the military in 2015. In 2014, he launced the Invictus Games, multi-sport event for wounded, injured and sick veterans and active members of the military.

In 2018, he married American actress Meghan Markle after two years of dating. The couple welcomed their first child, a son named Archie, in 2019. In January 2020, the couple stepped down as working royals and moved to California before founding Archewell, a mix of for-profit and not-for-profit business organizations. The couple's daughter, Lilibet, was born in 2021.

In 2023, Harry published his memoir Spare, revealing details about his ongoing feud with his brother William and other members of the royal fold.

Harry now lives in Montecito, California with his wife and children. His work involves mental health advocacy, veteran and military support and climate activism.
