INTRODUCTION TO HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT
What is Hospitality Management?
It means, “managing” an event, hotel, restaurant or
any departments that includes service. Its task is to
serve and satisfy guests so that they will feel
welcomed and enjoy their stay.
Basically hospitality is the relationship between a
guest and a host e.g. the reception and
entertainment of guests, visitors, resorts,
membership clubs, special events etc…
Hospitality Management, moreover, is progressing, changes to
improve since it is known as a global company. However, the goal
shall remain constant and it is having the commitment, integrity
and maintaining the ethical culture. Everyone is expected to act
in accordance to the highest standards of business ethics.
In my point of view, I hold on to our values where as this play an
important role to our success as a company. It is my belief that we
should not only be good at what we do, but it is how we go about
doing it with honesty, fairness, integrity and trust. We have
earned the confidence of our employees, guests, shareholders and
communities throughout the years because of our commitment to
our core values and ethical culture.

are built on bonds of mutual respect, loyalty and
