OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

 To manage and develop the human capital in the organization. This is done through attracting
and retaining top talent, expanding and building strategic competencies, creating and instilling a
performance based culture, and ensuring that there are formalized and respected policies and
procedures.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepares the overall plan and budget for his department and ensures that all activities are
executed within the se approved budget.
2. Maintains all HR Policies & Procedures Manuals ensuring total compliance by all company
employees. Also updates the manuals upon any occurring procedures / regulation change, and
ensure comprehensive communication to the concerned parties.
3. Develops and updates the recruitment policy and procedures manual in order to ensure that
the recruitment procedure attracts the demanded qualifications required for the job in question.
4. Maintains Performance Management and Grading Structure policies & procedures manual
ensuring compliance by all company employees.
5. Prepares the yearly training plan and budget including vocational and soft skills training.

6. Ensures the preparation of Company’s Competency Model communication plan, in order to be


fully instilled and comprehended by current company employees and efficiently introduced to
newly hired candidates, in order to ensure a unified corporate culture and company identify.
7. Provides assistance and management tools to Department Heads in the assessment of training
needs for all positions in the company, and ensures an effective implementation of the
approved training programs, as per approved yearly plan.
8. Ensures the appropriate implementation of Admin services in compliance with company
policies, procedures and labor legislation to achieve highest level of employee satisfaction and
within approved budgets.
9. Ensures a clear process of communication is in place with Finance in matters relating to all
human resources financial aspects such as; (increments, salary deductions etc….)
10. Consolidates and executes performance appraisal forms and conducts analysis to make
recommendations that can be incorporated to overall company performance.
11. Runs the company recruitment process and ensures compliance to BINGO’s recruitment
policies and procedures.
12. Maintains the company's grading structure, by regularly reviewing the job descriptions ensuring
appropriate change of scope (if any), job weights and internal equity, in accordance to the
corresponding compensation ranges and provided benefits.
13. Executes all the related HR transactions concerning promotions and salary increases and
proceeds with all the internal documentation in that regards with the concerned departments.
14. Participates in yearly or bi-yearly market salary surveys and recommends revisions to company
compensation plan, reflecting "inflation rates" and "cost of living allowances", and accordingly
calculates the cost of salaries ensuring an appropriate % versus company profitability.
15. Searches for and qualifies the medical and/or life insurance providers and in directing the
organization's Benefits Program.
16. Orients newly hired employees on performance management system and the company
compensation and benefits programs.
17. Analyses performance trends and presents to top management, highlighting the organization’s
skills inventory level and improvement areas, and also recommends HR initiatives to fill gaps.
Follows up and monitors the implementation of the approved initiatives.
18. Conducts bi-yearly training sessions on “Performance Appraisal”, to train newly hired managers
and serve as a refreshment for existing Managers.
19. Prepares all the necessary data and statistics relating to the Performance Management
systems issues and communicates the outcomes and the results to the Senior Organizational
Development Specialist to prepare the training plans accordingly.
20. Responds to employees’ enquiries regarding the compensation and benefits scheme in order to
maintain cooperative relationships.
21. Conducts performance appraisals sessions of his direct report in due time.

QUALIFICATIONS

 Bachelor’s degree from any discipline.


 Minimum 3-5 years of experience in that field
 HR diploma or an advanced degree is a plus.
