How to use, change or cancel your ticket?
Changing your flight dates, times, and destination can be easily done in My Trip.
When changing to a higher fare type, you may need to pay the fare difference. An
administration fee applies if you contact us via telephone to change your flight. To
cancel your ticket, request a refund of your ticket on KLM.com. Please note that if
you cancel your ticket, the entire booking will be cancelled. It is not possible to

The fare is applicable for a ticket used fully, in sequential order for the specified
journey and on the specified dates. As outlined in the General Conditions of
Carriage, any non-compliant use noticed on the day of travel may incur an
additional fixed-rate fee at the airport for the amount of (or the equivalent in the
local currency):
- For European flights: EUR 125 in Economy Class and EUR 300 in Business Class
(including Metropolitan France and Corsica),
- For intercontinental flights: EUR 500 in Economy Class and Premium Economy and
EUR 1.500 in Business Class and La Première.
