GUIDETINES ON THE SUBMISSION OF RESEARCH PAPERS FOR 2019 DIVISION CONFERENCE OF

BASIC EDUCATION RESEARCH

The Division of Batangas Province through Planning and Research Section in collaboration
with the Batangas Researchers Association for Value-Driven Education Inc. (BRAVE) will
conduct the 2019 Division Conference of Basic Education Researchers this coming
September 17-20, 2019 at the venue to be announced later.
2. The objectives of this conference are the following:

. to sustain innovative learning environments for teaching and learning process in the
school
. to intensify collaboratlon and extend partnership to pursue education for
" sustainable development and
. to showcase best practices and innovations towards the effective delivery of basic
education services to our learners
3. Participants to this activity are all DepEd research enthusiasts, (Education Program
Supervisors, Public School District Supervisors, School Heads, Master Teachers, Head
Teachers, Teaching and Non-Teaching personnel) and other research practitioners.
Acceptable papers include basic or action research conducted in the field or unpublished
thesis/dissertatlon. All published and presented papers during DCBER 2018 were
automatically excluded.
4. All District Research Coordinators are hereby advised to utilize the attached enclosures and
to follow the research process flow and the form in categorlzing research papers. Please
refer to Enclosures No. l and 2.
5. The District Research coordinators headed by the Public school District Supervisor are
advised to endorse each copy of full research paper with endorsement from the immediate
supervisor and thi accomplished form in categorizing rdsearch paper. Furthermore, they are
advised to prepare two (2) copies of list of selected papers for oral and for poster
sigried by the committee.
5. As a result of the general assembly meeting of the SDRC and BRAVE, submission is extended
until August 15, 2019.
6.1 Recommended Format

7. All research papers endorsed to this office shall be validated by the Schools Division
Research Committee in collaboration with the BRAVE for final approval. Results will be
announced through division memorandum.
