Compatible devices may have the option to come with the eSIM already activated if selected during check out. Follow these steps to start using the eSIM on your new device:
- Turn on your device for the first time and complete the initial setup.
- Need help getting started? Find your device in our device guides and get easy-to-follow steps for topics like turning on and off your device or transferring data from an old device to the new one.
- You’ll need to be connected to WiFi during set-up to activate your eSIM.
- After setup, wait for the notification to set up your Rogers eSIM.
- Follow the prompts on your device.
- Go into your settings and make sure the new eSIM has been turned on for your device.
Didn’t get a notification to setup my eSIM?
If you can't follow these steps due to not receiving a notification to setup your eSIM, your device may not be compatible with this feature. Follow these steps to activate an eSIM through your MyRogers account or MyRogers app.
