Abstract

With the development of Internet broadcasting and communication technology, the way of watching TV has changed from the traditional way of watching TV to the way of watching online content OTT. Accordingly, the importance of new service technologies utilizing individual OTT viewing data has become necessary. Currently, the problem is that OTT viewing data can only be obtained through OTT platform content providers. In this paper, we introduce the development and performance of a data extraction hardware device that helps companies and researchers who need OTT viewing data to obtain accurate viewing data.
