Danielle MW Fitz-Hugh
Bio:
Ms. Fitz-Hugh is a graduate of Piedmont Virginia Community College, where she received an A.S. in General Studies. She continued her education at Averett University where she earned a B.A. in Business Administration and is also a graduate of the U.S. Chamber Institute of Organizational Management. Ms. Fitz-Hugh served as Vice President for the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce from 2005-2011. She then served as President & CEO of the Petersburg Chamber of Commerce for six years. Ms. Fitz-Hugh is currently President & CEO of the Chesterfield County Chamber of Commerce, a position she has held since 2017. Prior to the Chamber profession, she spent 13 years in the financial and hospitality industry in the Charlottesville, Virginia market. Ms. Fitz-Hugh currently serves as a fellow for the U.S. Chamber Business Leads Fellowship and is Chair of the Virginia Association of Chamber of Commerce Executive (VACCE), both of which work to improve the Chamber profession and communities in which they serve. Locally, she also serves on the Junior Achievement of Central Virginia and the United Way of Greater Richmond-Petersburg boards.
