2. DBT GPT Terms and Conditions
2.1 DBT GPTTM is a generative artificial intelligence chatbot that provides answers to your business-related questions. While DBT GPT can provide answers to some of your questions, you are not required to use DBT GPT. You can always contact [email protected] instead and a Sapient representative will be happy to assist you. DBT GPT’s responses are based on artificial intelligence predictions and may not always be accurate or appropriate for your situation. DBT GPT may produce responses which are inaccurate, incomplete or offensive, and which do not reflect Sapient’s views. If you believe there is an error in DBT GPT’s response, or that DBT GPT did not understand your question, please contact [email protected] for assistance. Sapient is committed to improving its services including DBT GPT, and we are routinely monitoring and re-testing DBT GPT for further improvements. If you have a problem with DBT GPT, please contact [email protected] to report the problem and for any additional assistance you may need.
2.2 DBT GPT is limited to your non-commercial use for your legitimate business purposes. You will not use DBT GPT to obtain information for any person or entity other than you. You must not use the information provided for any purpose except for seeking answers to your business-related questions. DBT GPT is limited to responding to your business-related questions and does not provide any information for any other purpose. While the responses generated by DBT GPT are personalized to your specific question, the responses generated by DBT GPT may not be unique.
2.3 DBT GPT is not a substitute for a human. DBT GPT responses are for informational purposes only, and DBT GPT is not providing you professional advice, business advice, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or investment recommendations. It is recommended that you consult with your own legal, financial, tax, business and investment advisors where appropriate.
2.4 Do not provide DBT GPT with your personal information. We maintain a record of DBT GPT prompts and responses. Any personal information provided to DBT GPT will be governed by Sapient’s Privacy Policy located at, https://www.publicissapient.com/privacy. We do not use personal information to train DBT GPT or disclose your personal information to third parties.
2.5 You may not use DBT GPT for any illegal, harmful or abusive activity, including in any manner that may violate the intellectual property rights of third parties. You are responsible for any content submitted to DBT GPT, including ensuring that such content does not violate any applicable law or these terms. In using DBT GPT, you may not (a) modify, translate, copy, or create derivative works of DBT GPT; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of DBT GPT (except as permitted by law); (c) sublicense, sell, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit DBT GPT; (d) remove any proprietary notices from DBT GPT; (e) use DBT GPT in violation of applicable laws or regulations; (f) attempt any unauthorized access to DBT GPT, disrupt DBT GPT, or test DBT GPT’s vulnerability without authorization; or (g) use DBT GPT to create products competitive with DBT GPT.
3. Notices of Infringement
Sapient prohibits the posting of any content that infringes or violates the copyright rights and/or other intellectual property rights (including rights of privacy and publicity) of any person or entity. 6. Governing Law; Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without reference to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
