Zelda Tears of the Kingdom – All Abilities

In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK), the ability wheel features 8 abilities. Not all of them are unlocked from the start so you may be wondering what they are or how to get them. This guide explains it.

All Abilities List

This list starts with the ability that’s at the top of the weapon wheel and goes clockwise.

1. Ascend – Automatically from Main Quest: The Closed Door – allows you to teleport through ceilings
2. Camera – From optional Main Quest: Camera Work in the Depths – allows you to take pictures
3. Ultrahand – Automatically from Main Quest: The Closed Door – allows you to move and combine objects
4. Autobuild – Automatically from Main Quest: A Mystery in the Depths – allows you to automatically recreate structures you previously built with Ultrahand
5. Fuse – Automatically from Main Quest: The Closed Door – allows you to combine weapons with other materials
6. Amiibo – Automatically after unlocking the Purah Pad at the start of Main Quest: Find Princess Zelda – allows use of Amiibo
7. Recall – Automatically after finishing Main Quest: The Closed Door and entering the Temple of Time – allows you to turn back time
8. Map – Automatically after unlocking the Purah Pad at the start of Main Quest: Find Princess Zelda – opens the map
