The North Devon Link Road (NDLR), also known as the A361, will face significant traffic management measures over the coming weeks due to ongoing improvement works. Motorists should prepare for potential disruptions, particularly during night time hours.
Weeknights from Monday, 9 September to Friday, 20 September, the section between North Aller and Landkey Roundabouts will be closed from 8pm to 6am.
From Monday, 9 September to Friday, 20 September, closures will be in place between BishMill and Borner's Bridge Roundabouts on weeknights from 8pm to 6am.
Over the weekend of Saturday, 14 September and Sunday, 15 September, closures will take place between Landkey and Portmore Roundabouts from 8pm to 6am.
From Monday, 23 September to Friday, 27 September, the section between BishMill and North Aller Roundabouts will be closed nightly from 8pm to 6am.
Temporary traffic lights will be in place on the A361 at Yarnacott Bridge from Monday, 23 September to Wednesday, 25 September, between 10am and 3pm for daytime works.
From 9 September to 20 October, the A361 will be closed nightly between 8pm and 6am from North Aller Roundabout to Landkey Roundabout.
These closures are necessary for a range of improvement works, including resurfacing, drainage, and the installation of new safety features.
Access to North and South Molton will be maintained via Station Road under temporary traffic lights. Diversion routes will be clearly marked to minimise disruption, but drivers are encouraged to allow extra time for their journeys.
