Adult Open Hockey is offered at Ford Ice Center on a regular basis and suits those that are 18 or older and want to gain some more ice time in a fun game-like format.

All scheduled sessions are subject to change. Each night of the week provides a different skills focus. 

Note: Pre-registration is required for open hockey sessions. All participants must check-in at the front desk and receive a wristband to enter the ice. Skaters without a wristband will be removed from the ice.

Stick Time or Stick and Puck (as some refer to it) is open ice for anyone to come and pass, shoot and work on skills. Scrimmages or games are not permitted.

  • Drop-in price: $10
  • Helmet, gloves and skates are required
  • Full equipment is recommended, but not required
  • Pucks are not provided by Ford Ice Center
  • No shooting when someone is in front of the net
  • Scheduled sessions are subject to change

Note: All participants must pre-register online as there is a maximum of 20 skaters per session. Participants must check in at the front desk. We do not currently have equipment for rental (including skates).

Rise and shine, Smashville!

Ford Ice Center's Adult Open Hockey Breakfast Club session is held in the mornings in Antioch. Pre-registration is required and space fills up fast.

Be sure to check the schedule for the session you wish to attend as sessions are subject to change.

Each Breakfast Club session is open to the first 20 skaters and 4 goaltenders.
