Will play with starters in camp

After starting 40 games in 2022-23, Kessler made only 22 starts last year. Hardy was far from committal about Kessler being a starter to begin the 2024-25 campaign, but it does sound like the youngster will at least get a chance to compete for the top spot. The Jazz have a deep frontcourt with a solid mix of prospects and veteran players, but it's unclear how the playing time will be sorted out. For now, Lauri Markkanen and John Collins are the only guys guaranteed starter minutes.

Headed back to Utah

Kinsey was previously on a two-way deal with Utah but was waived in July. He will now compete for a regular-season roster spot.

Lands Exhibit 10 deal

Goodwin spent most of last season with the G League's Stockton Kings and could head back to the G League this year. Over 26 regular-season appearances for Stockton last year, he averaged 7.0 points and 3.8 rebounds in 22.4 minutes per game.
