Shoots blanks from downtown The Wizards as a whole had little success against a stifling OKC defense, shooting 33.7 percent from the floor and just 19.6 percent (9-for-46) from three-point range, but Poole led the starting five in scoring thanks to a solid showing at the charity stripe. The 25-year-old guard has missed five of 10 games since Christmas due to a sore hip, but he's scored in double digits in 10 straight appearances dating back to Dec. 13 -- a stretch in which he's averaging 23.8 points, 4.5 assists, 4.3 threes, 3.7 boards and 1.4 steals while shooting 40.2 percent from beyond the arc.
Hits for team-high 17 in loss Washington's starting five had a brutal shooting night against a tough Thunder defense, and Kispert wound up leading the team in scoring as the Wizards limped to a 33.7 percent performance from the floor and a 19.6 percent (9-for-46) showing from three-point range. Kispert posted a goose egg himself Friday in Chicago, but for the most part he's been a consistent threat off the bench since returning from an ankle injury in mid-December. Over the last 13 games, the fourth-year wing is averaging 12.8 points, 2.4 boards, 2.4 threes and 1.9 assists in 25.9 minutes a contest while shooting 42.5 percent from beyond the arc.
Drops season-high 23 in win The fourth-year forward led the Thunder's second unit with season-best performances in both points and boards. Wiggins has had a hot start to the month of January, and over the last six games he's averaging 14.2 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.8 threes while shooting a blistering 68.8 percent from the floor and 52.4 percent (11-for-21) from beyond the arc.
Double-double in Sunday’s win The double-double was Hartenstein's 15th of the season, which is already a new career high. The 26-year-old center has been a somewhat inconsistent offensive contributor in January, scoring in single digits in three of the last six games, but he hasn't pulled down fewer than eight boards since Dec. 3 -- a stretch of 17 straight contests in which he's averaging 11.4 points, 11.9 rebounds, 4.2 assists, 1.2 blocks and 0.9 steals while shooting 55.5 percent from the floor.
Drops game-high 27 in Sunday’s win The MVP candidate compensated for his worst shooting performance of the season with his best night of the year at the charity stripe. Gilgeous-Alexander has scored 20-plus points in an eye-popping 34 straight games, but his contributions aren't limited to the offensive end of the court -- the 26-year-old guard has nabbed at least one steal in 15 straight contests, averaging 33.7 points, 5.9 boards, 5.2 assists, 2.4 steals, 2.2 threes and 1.3 blocks over that stretch while shooting 54.2 percent from the floor and 40.7 percent from long range.
Third straight double-double Sunday The fourth-year big delivered his third straight double-double and his 17th of the season, putting him on pace to shatter his previous career high of 24. Mobley has scored at least 15 points in 11 of the last 12 games, a stretch in which he's averaging 20.2 points, 8.4 boards, 3.7 assists, 1.7 threes, 1.2 blocks and 0.8 steals while shooting an impressive 60.9 percent from the floor and 43.5 percent from beyond the arc.
Mini-slump continues After getting a breather on the second night of a back-to-back Thursday, Mitchell returned to the lineup but still had trouble getting going. The All-Star guard has failed to score at least 20 points in four straight appearances, his longest such streak of the season, and he's averaged just 16.0 points, 3.8 assists, 3.0 boards, 2.5 threes and 1.0 steals during that span while shooting 38.3 percent from the floor. Mitchell voluntarily gave up some usage this season so that the Cavs could put a more balanced offense on the court, and while that plan has worked brilliantly so far for the 33-5 club, he may need to get selfish for a game or two to jump-start his offense.
Leading scorer in loss The 24-year-old guard remains locked in, scoring at least 20 points for the seventh time in the last 10 games while providing at least seven dimes for the eighth time. During that span, Garland's averaging 23.2 points, 7.5 assists, 3.1 threes, 2.6 boards and 1.4 steals while shooting 54.2 percent from the floor and 43.7 percent from long distance.
Three pilfers off bench The three steals tied his season high, and Toppin has scored in double digits in five of the last six games -- although he hasn't delivered more than 12 points since Dec. 19. The fifth-year big is averaging 10.2 points, 4.2 boards, 1.0 assists, 0.8 steals and 0.8 threes in 19.2 minutes over that six-game stretch.
Downgraded to questionable Quickley was a late addition to the injury report and that's a big concern for fantasy managers. The Raptors may not want to push Quickley at less than 100 percent considering how their season has gone so far. If the point guard sits, Bruce Brown and Jamal Shead could see more run, and it's possible that Davion Mitchell could sneak back into the rotation.
Career-best night on glass The dozen boards were a career high for the second-year forward, and Walker had never even posted double digits in the category prior to Sunday. While his court time and usage from the Pacers' second unit remain erratic -- this was the first time since Dec. 29 he saw 20-plus minutes -- Walker's play appears to be on an upswing. Over the last 10 games, he's shooting 53.2 percent from the floor and 51.9 percent (14-for-27) from beyond the arc while averaging 9.3 points, 3.2 boards, 1.4 assists, 1.4 threes and 1.0 steals in just 17.0 minutes a contest.
Double-double against Cavs It was the veteran center's first double-double in January and his seventh of the season. Turner is averaging 15.4 points, 6.8 boards, 2.2 blocks, 1.8 threes, 1.4 assists and 1.2 steals through five appearances on the month while shooting 50.0 percent from the floor, and his 2.1 rejections per game on the season put him fourth in the NBA behind Victor Wembanyama, Walker Kessler and Anthony Davis.
Just misses double-double Sunday For the third time in the last five games, Siakam has fallen one board short of a double-double, leaving him stuck on six for the season. The veteran forward has scored at least 14 points in 15 straight games, averaging 20.2 points, 8.7 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.9 threes over that stretch while shooting 51.5 percent from the floor and 40.3 percent from beyond the arc.
Pops for 19 in win over Cavs The third-year guard put together his best offensive effort since Dec. 26 as six different Pacers scored 11 or more points to help compensate for the loss of Tyrese Haliburton (hamstring), who didn't return after halftime. Nembhard had been in a rut prior to this performance, scoring in double digits only once in the prior five games and shooting just 27.3 percent (3-for-11) from three-point range, but he's been a consistent defensive presence and has recorded at least one steal in six straight contests.
Back to NBA Porter is expected to be available for Tuesday's game against the Pacers. Minutes have been hard to come by at the NBA level for Porter, as he's averaging 8.1 minutes across 22 outings.
Recalled to NBA Presumably, Tyson will be available for Tuesday's game against the Pacers. He won't be guaranteed any minutes, however, as he's averaging 7.0 minutes across 22 NBA appearances.
Season-best performance off bench Isaac logged his first double-double since 2019, along with season highs in points and rebounds in the narrow victory, marking undoubtedly his best outing of the year. With Franz Wagner (oblique) expected to remain sidelined for an extended period of time and Tristan da Silva (illness) leaving Sunday's game early, Isaac has an opportunity to continue building off the performance, especially if da Silva misses further time. However, he'll still find himself jostling with Caleb Houstan, who started Sunday, for minutes even if da Silva remains out going forward. His next chance to take the court comes Wednesday against the Bucks.
Stuffs stat sheet in win Black has shown flashes of brilliance this season, and tonight was one of those nights for the second-year guard. He contributed across the board, which should please fantasy managers who played him in category leagues. However, Black is certainly benefitting from starter Jalen Suggs (back) being out, and even then he's remained unpredictable during Suggs' absence. He'll look to keep rolling Wednesday against the Bucks.
Out sick Sunday After logging 18 minutes during Friday's loss to the G League Spurs, Watson was out sick Sunday and can be labeled day-to-day moving ahead given the nature of his ailment. The 30-year-old journeyman wing has been a steady presence in Valley's rotation across 19 appearances (three starts) this season, averaging 9.6 points, 4.5 rebounds, 1.2 assists, 0.5 steals and 1.8 three-pointers in 25.2 minutes.
Doubtful for Monday Eason is likely to miss a 12th consecutive game due to a left lower leg injury. Cam Whitmore and Jae'Sean Tate are likely to continue picking up extra minutes if Eason does in fact remain out.
Stays hot in win It seemed as though he had taken a leap at times last season, but Anthony has remained a backup this year. However, with Jalen Suggs (back) out again Sunday, Anthony stepped into the starting lineup and delivered once again. He's now averaging 18.2 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists in the last five games with the first unit, his only starts of the year. Suggs remains day-to-day, and until he can return, Anthony should continue to start. His next outing comes Wednesday agains the Bucks.
Solid performance as starter Sunday's contest marked Gordon's second start of the year with Caleb Martin (groin) ruled out. He made the most of it, matching his second-highest scoring mark of the year and recording a season best in rebounds, all while notching a perfect night from behind the arc. It's currently unclear when Martin will return, but until he does, Gordon's offensive volume should continue to benefit.
Paces scoring effort vs. Maine Lawson capitalized on his opportunities in this one, piecing together an efficient shooting performance. He led his club in scoring Saturday and has now reached the 20-point threshold three times in his last six appearances.
Posts well-rounded performance Crutcher had his shot working from beyond the arc, and he also managed to contribute on the glass and as a distributor. He continues to serve as one of Birmingham's top options offensively, averaging 19.4 points and 7.3 assists through 16 appearances this year.
Grabs 10 boards in G League Foster didn't have many chances to contribute as a scorer, but he led his club in rebounds, grabbing four of his 10 boards on the offensive glass. He's averaging 10.4 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.8 assists through 18 appearances this year with Capital City.
Second straight double-double George has turned things around of late amidst what's been a disappointing start to his tenure with the 76ers, and he stayed hot during Sunday's clash with the Magic. He's played three games in Joel Embiid's (foot) absence, averaging 19.3 points, 10.0 boards and 5.3 assists during that span. With Embiid still listed as day-to-day despite missing four straight contests, it's hard to tell when he'll come back. But, until he does, George's rebounding and scoring volume will likely continue to reap the benefits.
Game-high 29 points in narrow loss The star guard led all scorers on the night, but he struggled to score efficiently from the field and was ultimately unable to give his team the edge in the wire-to-wire contest. With Joel Embiid (foot) remaining out, the offensive load once again fell to Maxey, who, despite his shooting woes, did a good job getting to the line. In Embiid's four-game absence, Maxey has averaged 29.8 points, 8.3 assists and 2.0 steals on 45.0 percent shooting from the field. It's unclear when the big man listed as day-to-day will make his return, but until he does, the offense should continue to run through Maxey.
Won’t return Sunday Allen injured his knee in the second quarter and was ruled out at the beginning of the second half. Allen was playing well off the bench before exiting with injury, logging 13 points (4-7 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two steals and a rebound in 13 minutes of action. His status for Tuesday against the Hawks is now in question.
Exits early Sunday Collier took a hard fall on a shot attempt and left for the locker room without shooting the free throws, so he is unable to return to the contest. Collier was performing well for a shorthanded Jazz squad before exiting with injury, logging 19 points (7-10 FG, 2-2 FT, 3-4 3Pt), seven rebounds, six assists and a block in 26 minutes. His status for Wednesday's game against the Hornets is uncertain.
Struggles from downtown Sunday Hinson had attained double figures in scoring on five occasions amid Santa Cruz's six-game winning streak that was snapped Sunday, but he experienced one of his worst shooting performances of the season while going 1-for-11 from deep. Although the 25-year-old swingman is shooting just 38.4 percent from the field and 31.6 percent from beyond the arc over 22 outings for the G League Warriors this season, Hinson has been a spark plug off the bench with eight double-digit scoring efforts in his last 11 contests.
Efficient double-double in victory The 29-year-old finished with the club's second-highest mark in rebounds behind Karl-Anthony Towns (18 boards) in the blowout win. Moreover, Hart has now racked up 18 games with double-digit points and rebounds through 39 regular-season appearances. The eighth-year pro continues to stuff the stat sheet this season, and he is on pace to average career highs in minutes per game (37.5), rebounds (9.3), assists (5.5) and steals (1.5).
Solid outing in win Sunday Payne led the Knicks' bench in scoring, reaching the double-digit mark in points for the first time since Dec. 23. Moreover, the 30-year-old finished as the club's third-leading scorer behind Jalen Brunson (44 points), who played limited minutes due to a shoulder injury, and Karl-Anthony Towns (30 points). With Brunson's status for Monday's game against Detroit up in the air, Payne could see increased run during the second half of the club's back-to-back set.
Leads bench in loss Middleton led the Bucks' bench in scoring in an extremely efficient outing, albeit in a losing effort. The veteran swingman also racked up a team-high mark in steals, though he has only recorded three games with multiple steals through 15 regular-season appearances. In three outings since shifting back to the bench in favor of Taurean Prince, Middleton has averaged 11.7 points, 4.0 assists, 2.7 rebounds and 1.0 steals across 23.0 minutes per contest.
Struggles from outside in loss The star point guard finished as the club's second-leading scorer behind Giannis Antetokounmpo (24 points) in the blowout loss. Lillard was also fairly efficient from the field, logging his 23rd 20-plus-point outing through 30 regular-season appearances. However, the veteran struggled from beyond the arc, and in seven outings following a four-game absence due to an illness, he has shot 35.8 percent from three-point range.
Nabs double-double in defeat Antetokounmpo led the Bucks in both scoring and rebounding Sunday, albeit in a losing effort. The two-time MVP recorded his 27th outing with double-digit points and rebounds, a feat he has now accomplished in nine consecutive contests. However, Antetokounmpo struggled at the free-throw line, which has been a glaring issue all season. The 30-year-old is currently on pace to shoot a career-low 58.5 percent from the charity stripe.
Strong showing off bench in win Horford once again showcased his value coming off the bench Sunday, tallying bench-high-tying marks in scoring and rebounds in a balanced performance. Horford reached double figures in scoring for the first time since Dec. 27, having done so on 11 occasions this year. He has now hauled in seven or more boards in nine outings.
Displays two-way play in win Porzingis had a strong outing Sunday, doing it on both ends of the floor while concluding as one of two players with a double-double. Porzingis led all Celtics in blocks while recording team-high-tying marks in threes made and rebounds in a winning effort. Porzingis matched his season high in rebounds, also doing so Jan. 7 against Denver. Porzingis has recorded a double-double in three outings this year, all of which have taking place in the last three games.
Flirts with 40 points in victory Tatum shined offensively once again on Sunday, leading all players in scoring and shots made while hauling in a team-high-tying rebound total and finishing as one of two players with a double-double. Tatum posted his second-highest scoring mark of the season Sunday, trailing his season-high 43 points that he tallied Dec. 21. Tatum has tallied at least 35 points and 10 rebounds in three outings this year.
Double-doubles in blowout win Towns delivered a stellar performance in the blowout win, racking up a game-high mark in rebounds while logging his 14th 30-plus-point outing. The star big man recorded his 33rd double-double through 37 regular-season appearances and is also on pace to average a career-high mark in rebounds (14.0). Towns continues to dominate with his new club and has been efficient while doing so, shooting what would be a career-high 55.4 percent from the field.
Shines from deep in balanced game Murray did it all for New Orleans in Sunday's close contest, leading all players in threes made, rebounds and assists while concluding as one of two players with 25 or more points in a well-rounded showing. Murray, who has been playing through right elbow tendinitis, has tallied 25 or more points in three contests this season, doing so in two of his last four outings. Murray has hauled in nine or more rebounds, including in two straight appearances.
Balanced outing in return Williamson returned Sunday after serving a one-game suspension Friday, doing a little bit of everything on both ends of the court in the contest despite struggling shooting from the field a bit in the close battle. Williamson led all players in the game in steals while ending second on the team in rebounds and as one of three Pelicans with 15 or more points. Williamson set a new season high in steals, previously holding a season-high mark of three set on Jan. 7. He has now recorded at least 15 points in six appearances.
Leads offense in return to lineup Murphy returned Sunday after missing the last three games with an ankle injury, lifting New Orleans offensively while leading all players in scoring and finishing as one of two players with five or more threes in a close defeat. Murphy matched his season-high total in threes made, doing so on four occasions so far this year. He has now surpassed the 30-point mark in three contests, all three of those occurrences taking place over his last six appearances.
Reaches double figures off bench Horton-Tucker provided a spark from deep off the bench Sunday, leading all Bulls second unit players in scoring while ending second on the team in threes made in a losing effort. Horton-Tucker has reached double figures in scoring off the bench in 12 outings this season, including in two straight appearances.
Does it all in double-double LaVine did all he could to help Chicago come out on top Sunday, leading all Bulls players in scoring while connecting on a team-high-tying mark from three and concluding as one of two players with a double-double. LaVine has scored 35 or more points on four occasions this season, connecting on five or more threes in three of those four outings. He has been red-hot as of late, surpassing the 30-point mark in seven of his last eight contests and in six straight appearances.
Off injury report Miller held a questionable tag heading into Saturday's postponed contest against the Hornets, but he is no longer on the injury report for Monday. Miller has seen a limited role of late, averaging just 4.0 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 12.2 minutes per game over his last five appearances.
Season-best game in starting lineup Ball got the starting nod Sunday in place of Coby White (neck), making his first start since the 2021-22 season. Ball put together his best outing of the season, connecting on a team-high-tying handful of threes while ending as one of three players with 15 or more points in a losing effort. Ball set a new season high in scoring, having surpassed the double-digit scoring mark in three contests this year. He also set a season high in threes made, having connected on three or more shots from deep on four occasions.
Leads bench in scoring in victory Ellis returned to the Kings bench Sunday with the return of De'Aaron Fox (hip), leading all second unit players in scoring over a bench-leading minute total in a winning effort. Ellis has provided a nice lift to Sacramento as of late, posting at least eight points in four of his last five contests and in 16 outings so far this season.
Dominates in paint in victory Sabonis once again did it all for Sacramento in Sunday's contest, leading all players in rebounds while finishing as one of three players with 20 or more points and ending two assists short of a triple-double. Sabonis has recorded at least 20 points, 10 rebounds and five assists in 10 outings this season, doing so in three of his last four contests.
Flirts with triple-double in win Monk did a little bit of everything for Sacramento in the starting lineup Sunday, leading all players in assists and steals while ending as one of four players with 15 or more points and coming up one dime and one rebounds shy of a triple-double. Monk posted his sixth game of the season with at least 15 points, five rebounds and five assists while securing at least 18 points in six straight outings.
Not playing Sunday Jeffries popped up on the morning's injury report with an illness, and he will not be available for Sunday's contest. His next opportunity to play will be Wednesday against the Jazz.

Starting Sunday Williams will get the start due to numerous key players being sidelined with injuries. Williams has appeared in just six games since Nov. 23, averaging 6.7 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 23.2 minutes per contest over that stretch.
Starting Sunday vs. Brooklyn Eubanks will make his first start of the 2024-25 regular season Sunday due to the absence of Walker Kessler (rest). Over his last four outings, Eubanks has averaged 5.3 points, 6.5 rebounds and 1.8 assists over 17.5 minutes per game.
Remains questionable Sochan was deemed questionable for Saturday's game against the Lakers before it was postponed, and he remains questionable for the contest, which will now take place on Monday. If he is unable to play, Julian Champagnie and Keldon Johnson could be in line for extra minutes.
Officially active O'Neale missed the last six games due to a left ankle sprain, but he will return to the lineup Sunday. O'Neale figures to have a sizable role when he returns to form, but it wouldn't be surprising to see him eased back into action considering the time he has missed.
Scores efficiently in return In his return from a three-game absence due to a bruised right glute, Fox ceded more of the distribution responsibilities to backcourt mate Malik Monk (team-high nine assists), but Fox made up for the atypically low assist count by displaying some rare hot shooting from three-point land. Considering Fox came into the contest converting only 32.1 percent of his three-point attempts on the season, fantasy managers shouldn't count on him providing more than one or two triples in most contests, but more importantly, the 27-year-old guard looked healthy and composed in his return to the court. Managers can feel safe in rolling out Fox for the Kings' upcoming three-game week.
Won’t return for second half Sunday Haliburton had a heavy workload in the first half with 19 minutes of playing time, but he will not return for the second half of Sunday's contest. The severity of the hamstring injury isn't clear, but it does put him in jeopardy of missing Tuesday's rematch against Cleveland. Haliburton will finish the game with two points (1-5 FG, 0-2 3Pt), five assists, one rebound, one steal and one block. T.J. McConnell and Ben Sheppard should see more minutes in the second half due to Haliburton's absence.
Thrives in limited minutes Sunday Though Gordon was cleared to play after missing the Nuggets' previous nine games with a right calf strain, head coach Michael Malone opted to bring the veteran forward off the bench for the first time all season. The bench role won't necessarily be a permanent one for Gordon, who will most likely move back into the starting five once he's no longer operating under any restrictions and is capable of handling a 30ish-minute role. In any case, Gordon performed well during his time on the court in his return, and he should see his playing time climb back over the 20-minute mark in the Nuggets' next game Tuesday in Dallas.
Exits game due to back injury Bitadze exited at the 2:38 mark in the second quarter and looked to be holding his back before heading to the locker room. Wendell Carter and Jonathan Isaac would be in line for minutes off the bench for as long as Bitadze is out of the game.

The 27-year-old swingman's 22 points also established a new season-high figure, as Morales hadn't reached the 20-point plateau in any of his previous 15 appearances (four starts) for the G League Magic this season.
Available Sunday Filipowski will be able to play through an ankle sprain he presumably suffered during Saturday's loss to the Spurs. With Lauri Markkanen (back) out of the lineup, Filipowski could be called upon more often offensively.
