We’ll gather all the necessary details from you: your name and address, what pests you’re seeing and where, whether you need the outside and/or inside of your home serviced, and any other special requirements we need to know about, like gate codes, being mindful of pets, etc.
We’ll coordinate with you to come out to your home ASAP with a two-hour time window of when we’ll service your home. We’ll confirm a credit card as payment to be processed after your pest control service.
Our board certified pest control technician will come out to your home during the predetermined two-hour time window. They will perform an in-depth inspection of the affected outside and/or interior areas of your home. They will wear shoe coverings when entering your home and be mindful of your property.
Our expert pest control technician will treat the outside and/or inside of your home to get rid of your pest problems and help prevent pests from invading in the future. You’ll receive detailed notes of what the technician did during the treatment of your home.
In order to keep pests at bay and ensure we do our job right, we will come out to service your home one month after your initial treatment. This helps ensure that we get rid of all pests.

After your very first pest control service, we’ll come to service your home a month later. This is crucial for the way pest activity works. After your first two treatments, we’ll treat your home every three months. During these regularly-scheduled, quarterly pest control treatments, we’ll renew the pest barrier around your home.
