Is the program free to join?
The Minted Wedding Planner Program is completely free to join. You will have access to all program benefits with no additional membership fees. You can sign up for the program here, and within 24 - 48 hrs you will receive a welcome email with your discount code and additional information regarding the program benefits.

Who can I share my unique promo code with?
In order to ensure your discount remains exclusive to our wedding planner community, we ask that you please refrain from posting your code on social media or online, and only share it with your contracted clients.

What products are included in the planner discount?
All wedding stationery including invitations + matching suite items, save the dates, day of stationery & decor, and all other party + celebration stationery.

Do I make a commission on my sales made through my unique code?
No. We do not offer commission on sales made through your unique promo code.

What is the planner rewards program?
Upon joining the Minted Wedding Planner Program, you will be automatically eligible for our tiered Planner Rewards Program. Check out our Terms & Conditions to learn more.

What is the process for starting a custom design?
You and your clients can receive up to $250 off Minted’s premium custom design services. There are a few different ways we can get started on a custom design depending on what types of changes you would like to make. Many customizations can actually be done onsite using the Design Request tool. For more complex requests such as creating a design from scratch or adding brand new elements to your design, we can connect you with a dedicated Minted Designer who can help bring your vision to life. How do I request free personalized samples?
We can provide you with free samples of our wedding stationery for styled shoots and client consultations (and sending samples directly to clients). To get started on a sample request, please email [email protected] and provide links to the product page(s) of your choice and the color theme you would like for each design. One of our team members will follow up within 2-3 business days to confirm your order and provide the estimated delivery date. Please keep in mind that our typical turnaround time is about 2 weeks.

I ran out of the promo code referral cards I received in my member sample kit, how can I get more?
Please email [email protected] and we’ll send you a new batch of A2 promo code cards to help you share your exclusive discount.

How do I give my complimentary wedding website upgrades to my clients?
Please email [email protected] to request one-time use codes to pass along to your clients and allow them to customize their website URL for free.

How do I update my information? (i.e. change email, business address, company name, etc).
If your business or contact information have recently changed, please reach out to [email protected] to update your planner account.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement for my unique promo code to apply? (i.e. my code is giving me an error message at checkout)
There is no minimum requirement or spending limit for your discount code to apply. If you are receiving an error message at checkout and there are no items in your cart that are excluded from your Minted Wedding Planner discount, your code may need to be updated.
