Charles Stephanski OBITUARY

Charles Harry Stephanski passed away at home on Mar. 22, 2024, in San Jose, CA. He was born on Sep. 7, 1939, in Lockport, New York, to Bob and Irene Stephanski.Charley served 20 years in the U.S., then co-owned Dart Couriers in Clearlake, CA, before retiring to San Jose, CA in 2003.Charley married Gerry Downs, with whom he shared 23 years and four children. Later, Charley found love again and married Pauline Clark. Their union lasted 22 years until her death in 2010.Charley is survived by his children Chuck, Teresa, Michael, Annie, stepchildren Marcy, John, Rob, and Terri, 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.Per Charley’s request, his remains have been donated through the Stanford Anatomical Gift Program. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday July 20th, 11:00am at 610 Mill Pond Dr., in San Jose.
