Fan replaces Drake portrait tattoo for a Kendrick Lamar image amid recent rap battle

The Drake vs Kendrick Lamar rap beef reached another apex on the Fourth of July when the latter dropped the 'Not Like Us." In the video, there are so many refereces directed at Drake that it gets a little hard to count. Many o the Canadian rapper's fans had been defending him from these "attacks' from the Compton native but there are also those who were disenchanted by the rap battle that ensued between these two. Because Kendrick Lamar didn't just drop one of the hits of 2024, he also made it his mission to keep dancing on Drake's metaphorical grave. but where it probably hurt the most is turning his own fans against him after this battle.

Drake attoo replaced by Kendrick's face

A fan on social media posted a video of him entering a tattoo shop with a Drake image work that he planned on getting removed. But instead of removing it, he decided to replace it with a Kendrick Lamar image. That right there is one of the main reasons Drake should be more worried, because Kendrick Lamar is turning his own fans against him. But the multiple allegations and potentially damaging evidence that he was indeed hooking up with minors when he was a younger adult. In the video of this tattoo removal, the fan had a massive Drake face on his right thigh and that's where he made the replacement.

Looking at the reaction from the people who are enjoying the video, this rap battle is starting to become very reminiscent of the '1990s when Tupac and Biggie were at the peak of their powers. We can only hope this one doesn't end in the same fashion and both rappers can bury their hatchet. Folks who still support Drake are expecting him to possibly respond to what happened on July 4th. We will likely witness many more of these changes of heart going public. Butmore importantly, the entire world is waiting to see how Drake responds to getting owned by Kendrick in such spectacular fashion.
