Free Shakira concerts in Mexico, Rio de Janeiro and Bogota to present 'Women no longer cry'

Shakira's promotion for her album 'Las mujeres ya no lloran' is continuing to keep her fans guessing as he hinted she could be set for a North, Central and South American tour of free shows for her fans.

After much anticipation, several song releases and previews of the album - which everyone knows the origin and inspiration for the separation from Gerard Piqu in the year 2022 - the singer continues to revel in the spotlight.

Shakira surprises and thrills fans with free concert in Times SquareTikTok

After putting on a free show in New York's Times Square, with more than 40,000 people flocking to see her, it seems that her shows will be extended to Mexico City, Bogota and Rio de Janeiro.

It is not yet confirmed, at least it is not official, but it is believed 'Shaki' will be in these major cities, taking advantage of the success of the songs released and release different editions of her new album. Just as there are four different editions, with precious stones and different colours, there will also be four free shows on the American continent.

Diamond (white), sapphire (blue), emerald (green) and ruby (red) are the colours of the covers, and this is how the clues have been given about the cities the Barranquilla-born singer will arrive in with a surprise show, just like the one she did on March 26.

What is known about Shakira's free performances for 'Women Don't Cry Anymore'?

After the interviews Shakira gave to media outlets around the world, speaking about her ex-partner Pique, who is father of her children Milan and Sasha, it appears that the show she gave in New York was a gift to those who have supported her in the US market.

And it's clear that the 47-year-old's career has not focused on one country, one language or culture. But after her show, images and videos began to appear showing the aforementioned precious stones falling in different cities: in New York the diamonds appeared, in Mexico City the emeralds, in Rio de Janeiro the sapphires and in Bogot the rubies.

But if the images told us anything, already knowing what happened in Times Square, the next stop is the capital of Mexico.
