Even if a previous touch point was as simple as sending over some figures to look at, the result of the sale is stronger because of an existing relationship. Alongside tracking how satisfied their customers are with the experience, Leif Johnson Ford tracks one metric in particular — time in dealership. With the omni-channel approach, customers are more confident in their purchase and are more likely to be in and out in under 30 minutes.
