Major milestone alert! The U.S. Department of Labor has issued its first e-certification in our modernized Permanent Labor Certification Program (PERM) system. With support from a US Technology Modernization Fund (TMF) investment, we’ve developed a new module that electronically delivers a two-page certification to filers instead of printing and mailing up to 20 documents. The ongoing PERM modernization will lead to shorter processing time for American employers looking to sponsor skilled foreign workers and for immigrants applying for visas.
