Today, we are thrilled to spotlight Kim Bechtel, a dedicated and invaluable member of our team here in Medical Staff Recruitment! Kim's journey with Tower Health began in 2007 when she joined the Laboratory at Reading Hospital as a lab clerk, working the challenging 3rd shift on weekends. Her hard work and commitment led her to 2nd shift in microbiology as a lab assistant. In 2014, Kim made a significant move to the Infectious Diseases department, where she served as a Patient Service Representative, greeting patients with a warm smile and efficiently managing the front desk and phone calls. Kim's exceptional skills and dedication didn’t go unnoticed. In December 2022, she transitioned to the Medical Staff Recruitment team as a Coordinator, where she continues to make a profound impact on our team daily! Beyond her professional achievements, Kim is a cherished wife, celebrating 25 years of marriage. She is a proud mother of three grown daughters and a loving grandmother to her beautiful granddaughter. Kim's family also includes two adorable chocolate labs, Maggie and Oliver, who bring joy and energy to her household. The Bechtel family shares a love for all things Disney, often traveling to Florida to create magical memories together. Kim appreciates all the experiences Tower Health has provided her.
