About us
The mission of the YLB is to act as ambassadors of Lakeview Pantry and support the organization’s mission by engaging the Chicago community through networking opportunities, fundraising events, and volunteer and advocacy outreach. YLB members will raise funds, build awareness about the issues surrounding poverty and food insecurity, and recruit volunteers to join Lakeview Pantry and/or the YLB. They will serve as professional leaders in the network of anti-hunger and anti-poverty advocates in Chicago.
