COMMITMENT NEWS: MONTANA BOARD OF INVESTMENTS has approved $100 million commitment as part of its 2025 fiscal year plan, according to a meeting document. The commitment was to the Walton Street Real Estate Debt Core Fund (Walton Street Capital). The fund will invest in core debt, according to the IREI.Q database.
COMMITMENT NEWS: The $18.68 billion Ohio Police and Fire Pension Fund (OP&F) has approved a $75 million real estate commitment to WPC New Cold III, an opportunistic closed-end fund managed by Westport Capital Partners.
