Creates user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to demonstrate functionality and usability to stakeholders and team. Follow and oversee WCAG accessibility guideline compliance and perform audits when necessary. Create hifi prototypes and mock-ups in Mockplus based off of the react.js Library. Hospital, Healthcare & Collaborative Systems for Doctors & Nurses Intranet designed and built in SharePoint 2013. Emphasis on Integration of remote or "Virtual Desktop" tools; however, must also allow for Internal marketing to own Home and Top-Level entry sites. Acted as UX Ambassador for Banking, Securities and Insurance verticals to align design needs for all products. Facilitate Design Thinking Training to other teams company-wide. Primarily worked on SF.NET, Bank Answers and Claims KM Library, but assist with user testing, feedback and design on SFUniversity products and Concept development for Life -Health Operations Manuals training & execution as needed. Design a Unified Extranet Portal where none had ever existed before. SharePoint extranet portal - launching point for scores of separate stand alone applications that were each developed in-house at the IMF (some SP 2010, many other custom .NET).
