Our Andrea Eales and Ryan McManus heading back to Capitol Hill this morning - this time with American Public Works Association member/APWA GovAffairs Committee member and Evan Pratt - to participate in a Congressional hearing on "PFAS Policy and Practice." Panelists are talking about the impact of various policies on “passive receivers” of PFAS, including EPA’s designation of certain PFAS compounds as “hazardous substances” under CERCLA. This is the 2nd time in less than a week that APWA has been before Congress. #PublicWorksMakesItHappen
