Effective July 1, 2024, Dr. Neena Davisson will serve as the new Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer and Wellness Officer for the AHN Imaging Institute.   Dr. Davisson joined the Interventional Division in August 2023. She is the first IR attending to join the group that has completed the Integrated IR residency track. During her residency at Emory University School of Medicine, Dr. Davisson served on the Radiology Diversity Committee and the Radiology Wellness Committee.  #AHNImaging @AHNToday @AHNRadRes #Radiology

Dr. Gaurav Watane will be assuming the role of Imaging Institute Quality Officer effective July 1, 2024.  Dr. Watane served as the Associate Quality Officer over the past year and will continue working on quality initiatives and renewing our DICOE certification at all sites. Dr. Jitesh Dhingra will serve as the new Quality Associate Officer for the AHN Imaging Institute. Dr. Dhingra joined the AHN Nuclear Medicine Division in September 2023. He has completed multiple quality related projects in Nuclear Medicine including root cause analysis. He has published or presented multiple case reports and abstracts with quality and Nuclear Medicine as well.   Dr. Michael Sparman is stepping down from his role as the Imaging Institute Quality Officer effective July 1, 2024.  The Imaging Institute would like to thank Dr. Spearman for his many contributions to quality over the past several years including achieving DICOE certification at all AHN imaging sites, overseeing multiple American College of Radiology (ACR) quality registries, and helping to create the incidental findings program. #AHNImaging @AHNToday @AHNRadRes #QualityOfficer
