Research on the Impact of Enterprise Digital Intelligence Transformation on Innovation Development-Analysis

Abstract

Digital intelligence is an organic combination of digitalization and intelligence, which plays an important role in the innovation development of enterprises. To explore the relationship between digital intelligence transformation and enterprise innovation development, this paper takes the panel data of pharmaceutical manufacturing listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares from 2013-2021 as samples, combines web crawler and word frequency statistical techniques to measure the degree of digital intelligence, and uses a double fixed effect model for empirical testing. The results of the study conclude that the transformation of digital intelligence has a positive effect on the innovation results of enterprises; the transformation of digital intelligence has a positive effect on the innovation efficiency of enterprises. The heterogeneity analysis shows that the promotion effect of digital transformation on innovation outcomes and innovation efficiency is more pronounced for companies located in low-market areas and established for a smaller period of time. Based on the above findings, recommendations are made to promote the high-quality development of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
