As the daughters of small business owners who emigrated to pursue the American dream, Jane and I witnessed firsthand the challenges of running and scaling small businesses. My mom owns a specialty pharmacy and integrative medicine practice, and Jane's mom owned a sandwich cafe. Growing up, our parents perceived technology as complex and burdensome. As we progressed in our careers, we couldn't help but think: why were so many things still being done manually?

That's why we are beyond excited to announce Reviva, all-in-one, generative AI software for wellness businesses. Reviva embodies a dream inspired by the real-world challenges faced by small business owners and our own childhood heroes. We're thrilled to partner with Bling Capital and Village Global for our initial funding round.

The wellness industry in the U.S. has exploded into a $480B+ market, expanding beyond health and nutrition to include aesthetic treatments. Yet, existing solutions cater to either salons or medical practices that bill insurance. There is a new need for HIPAA-compliant software for businesses offering opt-in medical services not covered by insurance, which can be everything from a medical spa that offers Botox to a therapeutic massage clinic right down the road.

Reviva is built specifically for wellness businesses at this intersection. Providers will be able to use Reviva to unify workflows and data into one system of record. We see the opportunity to leverage generative AI advancements to automate tedious tasks and provide insights to elevate business decisions. Instead of clunky front-ends that are frustrating to learn, we're designing robust software with simple, prompt-driven interfaces that are accessible to all users.

Our journey began by watching our moms' late nights and long hours. We saw clear gaps and knew technology could bridge them. Yet, software innovation has not focused on the unsung heroes around us. We created Reviva to shift the spotlight and enable wellness providers to thrive doing what they love most: caring for their clients.
