Serif Creative, a Columbus-Based Underdog, Secures Prestigious Gig with Rapsodo Baseball to Capture Shohei Ohtani in Action

The boutique video production company was handpicked by Rapsodo Baseball, a renowned leader in sports analytics, to spearhead a large-scale video project featuring the legendary Shohei Ohtani.

In a whirlwind of creativity and dedication, Serif Creative orchestrated a production of epic proportions, marshaling over 40 talented individuals to converge in Phoenix, AZ, for the shoot. Despite the daunting challenge of less than three weeks to plan and execute the project, the Serif team rose to the occasion with passion and precision.

This multifaceted production encompassed a video shoot, photo shoot, and formal interview sessions, all meticulously executed within a tight timeline of only 90 minutes. Not content with merely meeting expectations, Serif Creative went above and beyond, constructing a scaled-down replica of a baseball field on-site, complete with the authentic, certified dirt used in many Major League stadiums.

The resulting footage and imagery offer a captivating glimpse into the world of Shohei Ohtani, capturing his raw talent, magnetic charisma, and unwavering dedication to the game. Serif Creative’s deft touch and commitment to excellence have produced a

masterpiece that is sure to captivate audiences worldwide. The commercial premiered during the Dodgers vs the Yankees game on Sunday night baseball on June 9, 2024.
