The Zscaler Implementation Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the clients Zscaler service, which incorporates the client & app connectors and their dedicated Zscaler tenant. This role will involve working directly with clients to understand their environment and security needs, to enable an appropriate configuration to be deployed and tested.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement Zscaler solutions based on clients’ requirements.
2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance on Zscaler products.
3. Support the project timelines, deliverables, and report on project deliverables.
4. Develop technical documentation, including design documents, operational guides, and test plans.
5. Conduct training sessions for clients on Zscaler products and solutions.
6. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure the Zscaler solution aligns with customer needs.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a network engineer, IT consultant, or similar role for at least 5 years.
2. Strong knowledge of the Zscaler product suite (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX etc).
3. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
5. Certifications in Zscaler and other network security technologies are a plus.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
7. Availability for occasional travel.
