June 28, 2024 – SOA People group, a prominent player in the SAP ecosystem, has made a strategic entry into the Polish market by acquiring a controlling stake in KBJ, a leading SAP Platinum Partner listed in the Warsaw Stock Exchange. This acquisition comes one year after SOA People Group’s acquisition of COZUMEVI in Turkey, further solidifying its position as one of the top three privately-owned SAP partners in Europe.
KBJ, with its team of over 200 SAP experts, brings substantial expertise to the group. This strategic move will enhance KBJ’s ability to deliver comprehensive SAP solutions and further drive digital transformation for its clients. SOA People, now boasting over 1200 SAP specialists with 22 regional offices across 9 countries, is set to provide KBJ with an extensive range of resources and capabilities.
